| Becareful when chosing to live here.Staff has very phony level of politness.Staff tells you one thing and it ends up being the complete opposite.Never lived in an apartment where the tenant had to pay all utilities and man it's expensive.If the tenant pays their rent and all utilities and for laundry service on site 3 only.Where does all the apartment profit go to?It goes to the owners.It's a privately owned property with no concern for their tenants.They say they have security but never saw them once. Security company drives through in their car-that's all.Not a patrol sorry. Didn't feel safe.Especially living in Anaheim with a family you need all the help you can get.They tow cars there like crazy even if your a tenant with the correct permit stickers with nosignage of warnings.The other trap!They give you carbon copies of your lease documents when you sign them and they keep the originals. That's soo 1980's, call that a binding agreement?Need to get Y2K compliant.When you move out they set up a trap.The staff will say everything looks good don't worry your all set to go.When you're long gone they send you this monster bill for all kinds of repairs for a property thats forty years old.Talk about the old bait and switch. Don't bite on this bait.I did and now I'm out my deposit of $500.00 plus so called repairs of $800.00.They can use some of that rent money to back up their play.But again its all about the profit. Don't live here and make the same mistake I did.Full of traps. Tow your car even if you have permits. Bet they get a kick bak from the tow company.Minimal security. |
