Apartments are larger than most for the monthly rent.Downstairs apartments have a large yard.The complex really isn't designed with children in mind (used to be a complex for older people) but there is a school/park a block away. Parking is not very good, again designed with older people w/one car in mind.You do receive a covered parking reserved space and parking is available on magnolia and across the street in the mini-mall during evening hours.
