Apartment Review for Caribbean Cove - Anaheim, CA

I lived in this complex for four years, and it progressively got worse until I moved out on 09/08/09. We had all kinds of problems from an overflowing toilet when all three laundry washers in the laundry room were used at the same time, to sewage filling up our sink at least twice a month, to critters infesting our cupboards every time someone would move in/out of a neighboring unit. Management is the worst problem. Excuses galore for our problems. And, they're all smiles when you tour and are a potential renter, but once you move in they no longer smile, give out horrible lazy attitudes, and talk to you in a condescending manner. This is even with the new management! The rent is expensive and the units are really cramped. Good luck to anyone who moves into this place. Heed my warning!
