Manager is an undereducated self-serving, spolied, gd loudmouth botch with the speech of a homey. She's got her husband's you-know-whats strapped on--and she knows how to swing them. She attracts new business only so the 20 veteran lowlife renters, who will never buy a home can pay their 1970's prices for their rent, so you will pay too much just coming in. Rats run around on the roof and in the walls. Noisy all the time; expect a scurrilous pack of lowlifes sleazing around all hours , but especially at night. Glad to be rid of her and that place.
