Apartment Review for Beachwood - Anaheim, CA

Mgmt and maintenance is a horrible joke! Rental increases are annual and they are $100 at a time. Repairs are shoddy and never last. Parking is horrible. Visitors have to park across the street at Sav-On. Homeless people pushing carts and digging through trash is constant, even some of the residents dig through the trash regularly. Security gates are always broken. Apartments are dark, the halls stink, its loud all the time, lots of fighting and parties, police here all the time, unruly children and teenagers run wild and taunt the residents.
