Apartment Review for Biltmore - Anaheim, CA

I have been living here for roughly 8 months and have had the worst experience! I am retired military and have had PLENTY of experience moving and living in apartments with landlords.. This is by far THE WORST apartment I've ever lived in. They don't answer the phones, if you need any maintenace they instruct you to hire your own as it "is not their responsibility." How is that NOT their responsibility? A hidden fee they don't tell you about when you move in is sewage and street sweeping, you pay $150 every two months for these fees. It adds up. There is no parking on the streets and there is no over night visitor parking... which wouldn't be so terrible except anybody parked in the visitor parking has to be gone by 12AM or they will tow you. On a related note, the security guard they have "protecting the premises" is hardly ever paying attention and only watched the visitor parking and takes very little care of anything else. Many cars have been broken into while he has been "on patrol." Do yourself a favor, avoid this place and just spend a little more to get a little more. I'm learning this the difficult way... I will be moving again soon. : ( Also, I would like to add, the noise level is.. NONE. This place is super quite during the night. It's in the morning that the 10,000 children that live there decide to make all the noise. So if you like to watch t.v. have company over or pretty much do ANYTHING after 9:00 PM I recommend you go elsewhere as you will receive a notice of eviction if you make any noise.
