Apartment Review for The Cascades - Anaheim, CA

The apartment complex is very beautiful and everyone is very nice. It's a little loud if you have one of the aparments that are on the freeway side. My back patio faces the freeway and it's loud when I have windows or the slidding glass door open. The community for the past 9 months that I know of has been infested with RATS. I have contacted management and now the Health Dept. As they are inside and out of the apartments. The management has been helpful when it came down to needing repairs but with this situation it has gotten out of control and now Iam looking for another place to live. Also the rent go's up about $75 to $100 every year.
