Apartment Review for Fairway Village - Anaheim, CA

From all the years that I have been living in an apartment commplex, this is the best on maintnance and even better on management.The people that talk bad about this complex, is because they have had a rent increase, which is understandable and in accordance the increase of the cost of living in the area and all the upgrades they have done in the property.Somethings are not noticible to the eyes of people that get upset.I would like to say that Marcela and her team are the best this place ever had. The people that talk bad are usually the people that have kids that most of the time are unatended and that ruin anything that is been done on the grounds to keep the place preaty and probably the same that also ruin their own apartments to make it look that the place is not been taking care off, and unfortunetly ruin it for everybody, and cause the rent increases.You have to see the picture from the inside and walk in the management shoes to know the inside of the problems.I recomend this place with my eyes close, and yes this is like HOME,and is up to the individual to make it a home and to help the staff to keep it this way, by making it a community effort.GOD BLESS THE STAFF AND THE COMMUNITY.
