Apartment Review for Fairway Village - Anaheim, CA

I am an employee here at Fairway Village. I have been here since 2004. I read the reviews and I have to comment on the last few. Yes, we had problems with management and maintenance. That was because for a period of several months we had neither an office manager nor a maintenance manager. Now we have a wonderful team here, Mayra our manager is working above and beyond her responsibilities trying to make this community better than it has been. Our maintenance crew is new also. Randy, the maintenance manager is implementing changes that will make all present and future residents happy to call this home. As for the loud children, yes I believe that they should be able to have fun but I have always tried to set a limit on their volume. I am responsible for keeping the peace at night, but many parents aren't taking responsibility for their children and at times, I feel that I am a babysitter for these kids that run around. With the help of my manager, I am keeping the kids at an understandable level of yelling and playing. Also, so the community doesn't feel like a monastery, we are again going to start our "parties" for the kids. This not only gives the kids a time to meet neighboring kids (and adults) and play but also gives us all the sense that we are in a community not just an apartment complex. All of the employees are open and caring. We prefer that residents come to us with issues and complaints, that way we can take care of what is bothering you. If you have taken the time to read all of this I think you for doing that and not relying on the negatives from residents who address their complaints to a website instead of management.
