Apartment Review for Fairway Village - Anaheim, CA

I want to let others know that this apartment complex raises rents yearly and anywhere up to $100 a year. They say it is because of the upgrades that are being done to the grounds and plumbing. I don't see any upgrades that have been done to the grounds or the plumbing. The plumbing still gets backed up really bad on occasion. The grounds aren't even kept up. They are just patchy grass and dirt.
