Apartment Review for French Quarters - Anaheim, CA

I couldn't believe that we received parking instructions for the local towing company regarding parking regulations in the apartments. I thought it was managment who was supposed to do this. They literally said that no visitor parking was allowed. This means that no visitors are allowed because the city doesn't allow parking outside either. This is about the umpteenth time we receive a notice which sounds more like a scolding than a reminder. I've been here about a year and it was the worst decision I ever made. I cannot wait to move out by this summer.
