Apartment Review for Gallery Apartments - Anaheim, CA

I lived there 4 1/2 yrs and was smart enough NOT to renew my lease. The Pros, spacious living space, central AC, close to schools/shopping. Cons - Unprofessional husband/wife team, not enough patrol in the evening (experienced several car break-ins), high turn-over in staff and lack of training. I suggest you contact fair housing for your renters rights, they will pull over alot when they believe you are unaware of your rights. Especially Paul. Luckily I am in the Property Management Field, so needless to say we have come face to face on issues. Angela, the manager on her own will try to accomodate her residents, but if Paul, the husband gets wind of anything - he likes to get involved. He needs to let Angela run her office and he needs to focus on what his position is. Residents including myself, have watched him harrass and/or cross the line. Renters Beware. If you want a safe, secure, professional team, keep searching. Their management just took over Portofino Coves (formally Silver Pines) beware, he drops by there too... There are nicer units and affordable ones in the same area. It's reassuring to go home and relax and not have to worry about unprofessional management that could turn out to be your headache in the end.
