Apartment Review for Gramercy Apartments - Anaheim, CA

I am a residence of Gramery and have been for well over 10 yrs. Gramercy is top-notch with awesome managers. As for the comments above about maintenance this is not true at all. Yes, something is always going on and that to me is a good thing... this place really cares for everyone here to make sure that maintenance is always taken care of... It's called preventative maintenance. There are several places in this area that do NOTHING to benefit buildings or attend to the residents needs. At Gramercy I can make a simple phone call and all repairs are taken care of that same day! Where can you find a beautiful place to live, with more than accomodating managers PLUS get all your utilities paid?? Yes, I said ALL UTILITIES PAID!!!! We are living in a palace compared to others places! You can always find the managers on site and they are always very helpful and very kind!
