Apartment Review for Hampton Pointe Apartments - Anaheim, CA

Please do not rent here. I've stayed at some decent apartments and this is not one of them. The staff is constantly changing leasing agents at least every 1-2 months. The parking is horrible! There are only 5-6 spots in the front where your guests can park. If they park on the opposite side, their car will be towed. If your guests park on the inside gate, they will be towed. My friend's car has been towed twice! There's no place to park on the outside because the available spots are taken quickly, and parking for guests on the inside is forbidden. In additon, this place is over priced based on the amount and space you get. Also, since I have been here, there are cops that show up at least every weekend. There are a lot of young disrespectful kids (not meaning children) who stay here.
