Apartment Review for Magnolia Gardens - Anaheim, CA

Every apartment gets a 1 car shared garage and 1 parking sticker for the community parking which is always full. Maintenance work gets done on a timely manner, mostly wednesdays because the guy is only there on wednesday. At one point, black and whites were always out side but it kinda stopped after they got rid of the problem. My garage got broken into (had an aluminum roll up garage door). The rent is pretty decent, 1 b 1 b for $950. I had a deposit of $1400 and got $1280 back when I moved out. They just charged me half for painting and cleaning which was not bad.
