Apartment Review for Magnolia Gardens - Anaheim, CA

The apartment, itself, is amazing for the price. Feels spacious, despite the actual square footage. Beautiful tile floors and counter tops in the kitchen, and tile floors and marble counter in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the management isn't as wonderful. They know my name, and they are almost painfully nice. That's actually kind of nice, but then there's the rent policy. Like most places, rent is due on the first of the month, and, like most places, there is a two day grace period. However, despite that, sometime between 9 am and noon on the first of the month, management leaves this nasty little note on your door. It reads:
