****WARNING****WARNING****WARNING**** This place looks nice on the outside but thats because they have spent all kinds of money to make it look that way to attract more tenants and they have stuck the tenants with the bill. Once you move in you will notice that this place is run down and management doesn't care one bit about you. Do you pay your rent on time every month? They will reward you by increasing it to the maximum allowable limit every year like clockwork. I have found the office open on multiple occasions with the whole apartment's keys visible to the world and ready to be stolen. Building is infested with roaches, manager is incompetent couldn't manage a little league baseball team. Nothing gets done, secured areas are not secured. Rent isn't even cheap. The neighborhood gang activity keeps things lively as well. The dealers are all within walking distance. Convenient for drug users who are fed up with high gas prices. Enjoy real culture with vibrant artists ‘tagging’ their area. See that broken glass on the curb? That’s where a local artist liberated the contents of a car the night before. It’s OK, the owner needed a new stereo with iPod hook-ups anyway. If for any reason they convince you to move in please read the contract. If you break the lease you are penalized $2,200.00 for breaking the lease. I wonder where that money goes.
