Apartment Review for Palmilla Villas - Anaheim, CA

dont move here. dont belive the pictures, seriously when i saw this place online it looks nice, but this place is GHETTO. This place is dirty, I have NEVER had to live with roaches before i moved here. we moved in about april 08 and within a month of us living there, there were roaches everywhere. in the kitchen, bathrooms. and the office wouldnt do anything about it unless we moved our entire apartment out and then they would spray for them, (seriously? where the hell were we supposed to put all of our furniture, out in the walk way.) the office staff is a joke, 2 young ladies that have no clue of what there doing. they came at us a year after we had been living there trying to tell us that we still owed $500 for our deposit. ha ha a year later. Your going to have to deal with Dirty little kids running around all times of the night, they once the kids go to bed at around 10pm then you have to deal with the tweekers that come out. and please belive there are alot of them. No parking, the safest place to park was at the 7/11 parkinglot at the corner only because it was well lit. within the first 6months of me living there my car was broaken into twice. the office did nothing. I agree with the other persons review, The icing on the cake( and the reason for my writing this review) was when we moved out, we left the place clean( or as clean as that dirty place would get). The office refused to give us back our deposit( that they eventually found) saying that the dishwasher and the a/c were broken, of course they didnt work we had been telling them that for months. so please if you have kids, dont move here. if you wish to feel somewhat safe where you live, dont move here. if you dont like roaches, dont move here.
