Community rules are not enforced by the manager or asst.manager.Resident's are loud,noisy,dirty and are not respectful of other residents.The manager and asst. manager look the other way with overcrowding and other persons living in the units that are not on the contract.Not only are community rules being violated,health,safety,city municipal codes and Hud Affordable Housing are also overlooked.The only violation notice ever given is a non payment of rent.
