If you would like to live where the security gate is always broken and you want your car broken into and/or stolen; or if you want a criminal to hop over your balcony and open your sliding door with very little effort and live at a place where the manager is NEVER available and steal your money and are sick of doing other things like russian roulet or beating your head on a wall then come take your chances as a tenant at park wilshire apartments! ps. Don't be misled by my ratings... there was no spot for zeros.
