The office staff doesn't have a back bone when it comes to taking care of complaints. When we ask for something to be taken care of because of our children's health, there's nothing done about it. My children's health comes first. They're looking to be sued... I'm not just complaining, we have been trying to get out of here.  Need to rent an apartment?
