Apartment Review for The Cascades - Anaheim, CA

We moved in right before they began the construction to repair damage caused by last years fires. The apartment is beautiful with washer/dryer included and a large balcony. Luckily we are in the back of the complex so it is very private and there is no freeway noise. Once the construction began, it was still very quiet - the workers were only here from about 8-4 monday thru friday and sometimes on weekends, but they were very polite and would always keep the roadways clear. Only once was there a construction truck blocking my garage, and as soon as I opened my garage door the man ran over and moved the truck. The workers kept the construction area very clean and really the only noise was from the equipment - no music or yelling, etc. The apartment itself has plenty of storage and upgraded fixtures - whenever I had issues (once with the fluorescent light in the master bathroom, once with the kitchen drawer) maintainance came within a day and fixed them. The office staff is very polite and nonintrusive - really the only times I have seen them is when I pay my rent. The garage is two car-lengths long, not wide, which I think might be a hassle if u have 2 cars, since u would have to move them around depending on who needs to leave. There is a storage area off the garage that is plenty big for anything u may need to store. I really enjoyed living here and would stay if it was closer to my daughters school.
