Apartment Review for The Grand Resort - Anaheim, CA

Upon moving into this apartment one is greeted with the utmost respect, aesthetic grounds keeping and a nice apartment. Management does not take the time to talk you when you have a problem or a concern. It took management over 2 months to fix the gate, and there was more than one occasion. We have continuously complained about our extremely noisy neighbor and our walls are still shaking several months later. The staff in the office are rude and don't want to take the time to help you. They only keep up the grounds where potential renters will walk (located in the center of the complex). Irresponsible tenants allow their toddlers to play in the hot tub while management is aware of what's going on. There has been an abundance of grafitti on the walls. Although they did clean it up after several months and complaints, tenants turned around and trashed it again.
