Apartment Review for The Grand Resort - Anaheim, CA

This apartment is absolutely horrendous. First of all the management is lackustre to say the least. They go about taking care of things in a backward and nonsensical manner. They are currently undergoing construction and have put every one of their tennants on the back burner and care nothing about the fact that they have all been severely inconvenienced. Water shut off with maybe a few hours notice and shut off all day. The already maddening parking situation compounded with them blocking off half of the spaces causing tennants to have to park at least a 10 minute walk away from their apartments. The noise level is ridiculous and management does not care if this happens to occur on your day off, you will hear hammering and people hollering as early as 8:00AM. The parking is first come first serve yet unless you get home at 4pm or earlier you can pretty much forget finding parking in your general vicinity. The security gate has been broken for months at this point, therefore; people that have no business parking inside the gates parks there anyhow. During the construction process the general aesthetic look of the apartments is shabby with holes in the walls and downright embarassing. You literally have to cuss management out to get any kind of resolution to any type of problem. Management has to date not returned a single phone call.
