Apartment Review for The Grand Resort - Anaheim, CA

Right after I moved in in May, I wanted out. The noise is intolerable from all the construction, the banging, the loud talking from the vendors, the mess. I feel like I'm in the barrio, or Saigon. Then there are some neighbors; loud until 3am to 5am every weekend, kids crying, babies screaming. I can never leave my patio door open due to all the noise and the place gets so stuffy. No one patrols the noise after 10pm, at all as far as I'm concerned. It's a joke. One or two guys for 800 units. Right, I feel safe. We are on our own. It sucks. The laundry rooms are dirty and the washers rarely work. The staff wants to send me to another building. Then there's the water shutting off for the whole day well into the evening on an average of 2 days per week. Almost unbearable. The halls are dirty and the trash rooms stink. The staff is nice, the outside is nice, the price is right, but I can't wait to get out of here.
