Apartment Review for The Grand Resort - Anaheim, CA

"You cannot do this..., you cannot do that..." Rules Rules Rules, fkin Rules are driving me nuts, its like going to a fkin Military school, cant wait for the current lease to get over and get out...

And checkout the rent, $1650 for a 2 bdroom in fkin Anaheim while Irvine and YorbaLinda charges the same or lesser rent. The rent used to be $1250 before the new Mgmt came in, put in some $1500 worth of new equipment and want to recoup the cost in 3 months from the first occupant itself. Greedy bastards.

Clubhouse used to be free, then they started charging $100, now $200. Took 2 tennis courts away. Cannot enjoy the club house or other amenities like playing pool after work coz they fkin close it at 6:00pm everyday!

Got three fkin notices not to keep kids bicycles out in the balcony, "remove nightlamp, remove decoratives, remove this, remove that...."

And all this, they are doing to a tenant who has stayed there for the last 6-7 years and always paid rent on time.

The complex is one of the best in Anaheim but it all ends there.
