Apartment Review for The Village Apartments At Heritage Place - Anaheim, CA

Horrible Experience. The complex is nice enough, however the staff is down right rude. When our AC failed, I called the office, and Tiffany offered me a fan, saying that the contractors can't come on the week end. It took them 3 trips before they fixed it although it was still noisy. The Water stinks! When it rained our unit leaked, complained to the office, their response, Rosie the Manager said we had to make allowances since we are now living in an apartment. Noisy, Sirens blaring during the night! They also deducted $260.00 to repaint the apartment!! They did not disclose this in the lease. Ample underground parking but watch out for leaking pipes, my wife's car was badly stained. When you ask about their corporate offices, they are very secrative saying that you have to go to Rosie first.
