Apartment Review for The Village Apartments At Heritage Place - Anaheim, CA

I concur with both of the reviews posted before me. I love my actual apartment, but dealing with with the noise and office staff has been a nightmare. The walls are paper thin and you can hear people talking (just talking) in the next apartment. Which means if they are arguing or being intimate, you better purchase some earplugs. The elevators are always out of order and the pipes in the parking garage have been leaking since I moved in two years ago. The office staff is very unprofessional. You can go in there to follow up on a complaint or request and they will lie to your face and say it's the first time they've heard of it. They act concerned and say they will do something about it, but they just want to collect the rent checks without dealing with any problems. I am counting down the days until my lease runs out. Don't be decieved by the appearance and cute apartments.
