Water Bugs? Just another name for the AMERICAN COC

Safety - 2 stars: We constantly saw cops on the street, but they were checking out our neighbor - I think they were selling drugs, but I'm not sure - they moved out soon after a few visits from the police. For the most part, the neighborhood is safe Parking - 3 stars: All units come with a garage and the ones on the street (which is a cul-de-sac, so it looks more like a neighborhood) get a driveway. We didn't have a driveway but we were always able to find parking on the street Appearance - 1 star: these units may look okay at first glance, but take a closer look! they are rundown, covered in webs and dirt, and there are cracks in the walls and sidings Office Staff - 2 stars: The lady at the front is nice, but she's either really oblivious to the bad conditions of this place, or she really needs to cover it up in order to rent the apartments out; i'm guessing it's the latter. Maintenance - 1 star: there are a TON of kids in this neighborhood. fortunately, they are very nice and respectful, but they are quite messy. there are lots of candy wrappers and soda bottles all over the place and the maintenance guy, Chuck, works pretty slow. he's a nice guy, but he needs some help with all his duties because it is pretty messy around here. Condition of Unit - 1 star: i wish i could give this negative stars! there was a cockroach problem immediately upon moving in and we were told by Marisol in the front office that they are just "Water Bugs". if you google Water Bugs, they are just another name for Palmetto Bugs or the AMERICAN COCKROACH. She said there was no roach problem here, but she is in denial. I overheard some ladies walking around the neighborhood talking about the roach problem, so I know we weren't the only ones experiencing this issue. Noise Level - 1 star: the kids are really loud, the train is really loud (it even shakes the house, and we aren't even on the side that was closest to the tracks!). you don't really notice how loud Kellogg street is until you are out in the front of your apartment, which is a plus, but it is a very busy street! don't walk your dogs without a leash - i saw a woman's dog who almost ran into traffic, but that's her own fault i suppose. Overall Rating - 1 star: again, another one i wish i could give negative stars to. don't move here if you like cockroaches, noisy kids, noisy train, a shaking house because of the train, oh and once again COCKROACHES. the only plus side of living here is the fact that you can just cross the street to Stater Bros. Oh and if you look up their listing, they say they are in Anaheim Hills, but don't be fooled - it's not like the Anaheim Hills on the opposite side of the freeway. don't move here!
