Apartment Review for Villa Del Sol Apartments - Anaheim, CA

Well, when I first moved in, I thought it was a decent place, until our sink overflowed over a weekend and maintenance wouldn't respond (we were nagged at the next day for having a plumber fix the problem). It wasn't until 2 weeks after moving in that I realized they covered up the pool with grass and ugly topiaries (a dolphin with two reindeer? Makes sense) - it's bad enough there isn't central a/c! Pets aren't allowed, but I've seen cats around (resting on the window sills) and a dog in somebody's porch. You'll get a notice if you walk on the grass (even if you stand to the side to let somebody pass through). People on floor level seem to have problems with cockroaches and lizards in their homes. The plus side is it's a quiet apt complex. The rent is low because there aren't many amenities. I'd suggest living here if you have portable a/c's and a few fans.
