Apartment Review for Wateridge Apartments - Anaheim, CA

I leave in this apartment building for almost 6 years but I have never seen worse than the office staff now, they are very rude, do not serve you in right way they do not care about anything and if you file a complaint it will be the worse for you and your family. Most of the time the manager is not in the office, but if you are lucky and you find him you will meet a very rude man does not know how to deal with the residents, for sure he is discriminating against the people who descended from a foreign country. Lately we have a lot of noise at night with no action tacking from the office side, when you complain they say we can’t do anything, now we do not sleep all night because a lot of yelling and screaming in the building,.... they do not allow eating and drinking at the pool area , but it’s ok for some people to party and eat and barbecue at the pool area, and if you ask how come, the answer is ready we did not see them, ((the office location is exactly beside the pool ……!!!)) on Saturday August 22 2009 there was a people eating and barbecuing in the pool area and one of the office employee was taking with them for more than 10 minute, but no action was taking, sure after he left they continued doing what they were doing……so with this manager, is the rule been made for certain people while the others are free to do whatever they want?
