Apartment Review for Wateridge - Anaheim, CA

I had to move from Wateridge for reasons beyond my control last year, and am so happy to be returning! When I lived there before it was a little noisier and the buildings/interiors were not as nice, but they got rid of Section 8/HUD occupants and renovated both the outsides and insides of the buildings-and added a fitness center-and it is now very nice!

The management staff are all very accommodating and the maintenance staff are incredibly personable and friendly-sometimes they will fix things if I mention it in passing, without waiting for an official work order.

The parking is not always plentiful, but compared to the complex I came from there is more than ample parking. When the low-rent individuals were tenants there was never any parking, but now that there are not 5 families crammed into a 1-bedroom there is considerably more parking available.

The only issue I have had has been a lack of organization on management's part; when I moved in they told me I had a certain carport but also had given that same carport to another new tenant. It took less than an hour to work out though, and there was plenty of other spots for us both to park in while waiting for our carport assignments.

All in all I highly recommend Wateridge for both single individuals and families.
