Apartment Review for Wateridge - Anaheim, CA

at first glance this place was very nice, pricy as usual for southern california, but everyone seemed nice, complex was VERY quiet and well kept, has a very earthy appeal to it. after moving it things went completely downhill. construction on the sidewalks, plumbing, sprinkler systems, electrical, parking areas has pretty much been a constant for the past three months. the complex allows for animals, but the rules are not regulated what so ever. many loose, oversized, loud, untame dogs are running around on a regular basis. we had an awful complication with a neighbors shitzu. dog would bark all day. it took something like a month for any action to be taken, and it is safe to say that it wasnt performed by the management itself. we had to call their corporate office to finally have something done about it. so overall: noise level sucks, management is nice; but fails to manage, apartments are horribly insulated, overpriced, and small. i would not suggest this place to anyone.
