Apartment Review for Windrose Apartments - Anaheim, CA

It's a good place to live but if you have a bottom apartment just hope you don't have inconsiderate upstairs neighbors. I can tell exactly where the upstairs neighbors are at because they walk VERY heavily, they constantly are opening & closing the glass patio door which can be heard all throughout my apartment until at least 4 am every night. Also when they walk around my front door shakes, my bedroom window shakes along with my glass patio door. I've felt like at times that I'm just being humored when I ask how I can fix all of the rattling problems. I feel like they don't believe me. I don't hear the neighbors to either side of me at all and my bedroom shares a wall with one of the other side's bedroom. There are kids in the complex but they seem to be all fairly well behaved. There are a couple of blind corners while driving through so you have to be careful. All in all it's a good place to live I just wish I didn't have the uncaring, self centered, noisy upstairs neighbors.
